I don't see why you should need to visit though, you'll both be at the G8 this month so I don't see why you don't simply have him bring it for you. It seems like a better idea than going over there, especially with how you tend to be around him. Hm.
I've no bother with the day, whichever is most convenient I should say. However, where do you plan on staying whilst your boss is here before the meeting on the 26th? Have you booked a hotel?
