Plotting with Austria?

Hey guys--I'm going to be at a con (and thus unresponsive) this weekend, but I was wondering if anyone would like to plot with me for later. :3

My favorite time period for Roderich is the 18th/early 19th century, which includes such lovely things as:

~War of Spanish Succession
~War of Austrian Succession
~Partitions of Poland
~French Revolution and all the resulting ridiculousness
~HRE's death and declaration of the Austrian empire (which actually occurred prior to the former--hence why I tend to interpret it as Roderich kinda betraying HRE)
~Revolutions of 1848

Buuuut I'm open to other time periods as well, especially the 16th century (Austria's alliance with Spain) and WWI/the interwar years. Go ahead and throw some ideas at me. :3

Of course I would rp with you. I'm pretty much up for all of the succession wars as well as a look at the Habsburg times. I think that the Spanish were mostly engaged in a naval battle with England during the Austrian Succession, but do you know more about it perhaps?

Oh man, could we do Spanish Succession? I'd love to have Antonio and Roderich talking about diplomatic matters near the beginning or the end of that. (And yes, we need a Habsburg times thread so badly. SO BADLY.)

Hmm...looks like Spain did fight alongside France in Italy against Austria during the WoAS. Don't know what else Spain was up to at the time.
