Defining features ---
She is of olive-tan complexion, as most are from the area. Israel's hazel eyes give a small glimpse into the life she has led. You ever want to know anything about her history, just look at her. Actions speak louder than words, right? Due to her tiny frame, most think her as weak or incapable of doing anything. Which is why most end up getting beaten by her. Israel is more than capable, for she is made up of nothing but toned muscle. She had to train herself vigorously so she wouldn't be beaten down by others.
Israel has a lot of scars. Most of them came from major events in her history. We won’t mention the ones from ancient history, though.
When the United Nations tried to solve the Arab-Jewish conflict, the Arabs opposed firmly, stating it was unfair. The United Nations didn’t listen, approving the Partition plan anyway. The Arabs immediately broke out with violence. The blockade of Jerusalem left a tiny scar near her heart. Though it is now faint. Israel has a scar on her right shoulder from the 1956 Sinai Campaign. Terrorists attacked daily. Though, the war only lasted a week, but Egypt refused Israeli shipping on the Suez Canal, threatening they would launch an attack against Tel-Aviv. In the end, all was disregarded. The Six-Day War left a scar on her left shoulder that travels over to her upper arm. She likes to talk about this one a lot.
Tattoos? Yeah, she has one. Wanna know where? You’ll never find out because she’ll never show you. If you’ve ever seen it, it must have been one of those rare occasions when she wasn’t covered up in her typical attire (did I mention that was rare?) It is a star of David on her inner thigh, representing her religion.
Additional features ---
Israel attires herself in typical clothing from her home. This being noted, most of the time she is seen in black layered outfits. Other times, she’s a bit bold and creative and wears bright yellows and blues, as is the trends at her place.
When she's working out with her soldiers, she normally adorns herself in a black tank top and olive green pants and boots. When in combat, she'll wear a long sleeved olive green top with her pants, along with either a white or green belt. As for her overall appearance, Israel is very slim and toned, as she works out vigorously. It is one of her main priorities to be in shape.
Height wise, she’s tiny. She’s about five foot five at most. Israel used to have long wavy hair when she was younger, but ended up cutting it off when she declared her independence. It was her way of showing she was done with her old days of being stepped on.

Personality ---
Israel tends to like fighting a lot, especially with those around her like Turkey and Egypt. Due to this, she loses her temper a lot and does not watch what she says most of the time. This is her way of showing she wants attention. Those around her like to point out her hot headiness a lot and pick on her. Egypt does this most of the time. This has caused her to have massive trust issues with others, only allowing those who have helped her in the past to be her allies. Though, due to her warrior like nature, her relationships with others are a bit strained. For most believe her irrational when making decisions.
When she isn’t fighting with her neighbors, she tends to dwell on things that have passed. Israel focuses on these things until she either cries for a few hours or makes herself sick. That depends on what memory she is thinking of, though. When she’s sick, she will stay locked up in her room for days to weeks on end. Yet, this happens very rarely.
Though, she wasn't always stubborn. The many years of wars and crusades actually contributed to our modern day Israel's personality. Before, she was a fair and loving person, just looking for a place to be. Then the different rulers came in, forcing Israel to toughen up and shut away most of her emotions. For a while, most thought her a sociopath for she didn't boast well with others. Yet, as the years dragged on, she began to become obnoxious and boastful.
Moving away from her flaws, Israel is a very head strong and determined person. Once something is started, she must finish it, no matter what. When she isn’t fighting with her neighbors, she can be a real sweetheart at times. Though, Israel may seem like a bit pushy and a brat sometime, she is very religious and close to those who are nice to her. She has been noted to help her friends in any type of need. She will even help them all at once, if she has to.
Most of her time is spent with either her religion or her soldiers. Both are very important to her, as well as education. Israel is very intelligent, and her people have the highest ratio of university degrees to the population in the world. If she isn't focusing on her education or religion, she is most often with her soldiers, training them. Israel takes great pride in her soldiers, making sure they work out vigorously. In fact, anyone at the age of eighteen is drafted into the Israeli military, even women. Israel believes women have the same opportunity as men and expects the same output and input from them.

Roleplay example ---
Siege of Jerusalem, Sha'ar HaGai, 1948
She had received word of the blockade a while ago. Clenching her fists, Miriam growled lightly. She had come this far and now her people would die from hunger? There was a light breeze, causing her hair to blow about her face lightly. Looking to the soldiers, she picked out the one that seemed smart enough to know what was going on.
”You! How many supply trucks have gone in today?” Miriam questioned in a stern voice.
The man at first seemed shocked or either scared? She didn’t really care at that point. “Only six, ma’am,” he answered. “The ambushes are becoming more frequent.”
Miriam pressed her lips into a thin line. They wanted to be that way, huh? The girl mumbled a ‘thank you’ before looking to the road. Staring off, she recalled how the Jewish Agency had started the Jerusalem Emergency Committee. They had sworn up and down that this would help, that it would collect enough food and fuel until this was over. Yet now it was almost gone. Miriam sighed before pulling out a sheet of paper from her pocket. The orders on it were simple; clear Sha'ar HaGai. That should be easy, right? Especially with the armored convoys? She turned back to the men.
”Our job here today is simple, men,” Israel began. “Clear the road at Sha'ar HaGai. If it comes to it, we must evacuate the Old City as well. Now, let’s head out!”
With that, she led her men along the long dirt road. The convoys lead the way at the front. Miriam would every now and then glance around for a sight of any moving or living thing. She had heard hundreds of men die on this road because of the Jordanian Arab Legion. Well, that wouldn’t happen today, Israel would see to it that her men succeeded today. Yet, as she listened to the world around her, all seemed quiet. Too quiet. Raising her hand in alarm, she ordered for the convoys and soldiers to stop.
“What is it?” someone asked. “Why are we stopping?” another questioned. Murmurs were heard all around. Israel closed her eyes. “Ma’am, may I?” Israel opened her eyes and saw a man standing next to her. “Your name, sir?” she asked. “I am Lt. Col. Yitzhak Rabin. For your safety, may I lead?”
Miriam raised a delicate eyebrow. So he was the one in charge. This man wanted to keep her safe? She nodded slowly. “Very well.” They continued cautiously along the road and Miriam discussed her concerns with Rabin.
He understood, keeping his wits about him when finally gun shots whizzed past them. Clutching her gun to her chest, Israel took cover behind one of the convoys. Next to her was Rabin and a few other men. She aimed carefully before firing off a few rounds before taking cover again. Adrenaline ran through her veins as she ran out from behind the convoy and fired at the Arabs. She could hear the shouts of her soldiers and the sound of bodies falling to the ground. Her gun finally ran out of ammo, causing her to quickly fall to the ground and crawl frantically back to the convoy. "Is that all you've got?!" she shouted over the gunfire and yelling. Israel grasped a gun from a nearby fallen soldier and reloaded it. She glanced over to Rabin who seemed to be doing fine on his own.
She took a deep breath before getting up and walking out from behind the convoy. All that mattered was getting past this now. Miriam aimed and shot a man in the throat, blood gushing from his neck. A sharp pain hit her in the side and chest, causing her to stumble, but she pushed on and kept firing until finally everything stopped. She panted heavily as she surveyed the area. They had won Sha'ar HaGai back. Letting out a deep sigh, Miriam collapsed to the ground. She could hear a few men cheer while others hushed them. Two man came and helped her sit up. Israel let out a groan. She looked up to see a hand outstretched towards her.
“I believe this is a job well done.” Rabin said as Miriam grasped his hand. She smiled weakly. “For now. We’re not ready to move on, you know that.” The lieutenant colonel nodded. “But we’re on our way, are we not?” Miriam nodded, “That we are...”
