Welcome to War & Peace! We are an advance-literate Hetalia role-play forum that emphasizes the portrayal of real historical events and like to explore potential what-if scenarios in history.
It can be overwhelming when trying to figure out where to start when you are here, so we are providing you a guide to the things you must do in order to get accepted. So as you look around, please be sure to do the following:
Make sure you read the General Rules, In Character Rules and Posting Rules. We cannot reiterate how important they are for applicants to read. They are all very short reads and a way to make sure that you get accepted and that this forum remains drama free so that everyone has a great time. Please also read the Chatbox Guidelines and say hi in the chatbox, we'd love to get to know you!
Once you are done and decide you are still interested in joining, please check to make sure to go to the Character Reserves to reserve the character and make an account for the character you are applying as. When you are done, pm Spain with your name, a way to reach you and whatever else you may be told to do.
After you have done the above, please read the Forum Canon. While we do stick mostly to canon, there are some important things we throw out. Then feel free to fill out the Character Application and post it in the Pending Applications section. Make sure that you label the application with your country’s name in English. Though we try to approve the applications as soon as possible, it may take us a while before we can get to it.
After you have been accepted, go to Additional Character information and make sure to go through everything there to set up your character. Then feel free to go introduce yourself in the Member’s Section, post a request for an event in the Planning Room or in the Supply Room. Please don't post on these boards until you have been accepted.
