Eye color --- Green
Hair color --- Brown
Height --- 1.77m
Weight --- 80kg
Skin tone --- Fair and tans easily.
Defining features --- Will has a silver fern tattoo on his right upper arm, and various scars from different wars (both civil and not). His hair has curls on either side of his head that look kind of like a ram's horns, and no matter how hard he tries, he can never get those curls to straighten out like the rest of his hair. As a result his hair always tends to look slightly messy, but it can't be helped.
Additional features --- One of the first things you can't help noticing when you see him is his pet sheep. Everywhere he goes, she goes if possible. More often than not she gets carried which has improved Will's upper body strength since sheep aren't as light as you'd think they are. Will's build is also a little on the slim side which may lead people to believe he's physically weak, but in reality he's stronger than he looks.
When it comes to fashion he prefers to dress for comfort rather than style. He will wear suits when he's required to such as for work, meetings, and formal events. In his free time he prefers to dress as casually as possible so you'll find him in jeans, t-shirts, shorts, etc. He'll only wear a suit in his free time when he absolutely has to.

Personality ---
Will’s a reasonably friendly and gentle person with a very laid-back attitude to life. He swears and jokes around a lot with family and friends, but is quick to apologise if anyone takes offence. If any of them are in trouble he’ll be there in an instant to help them. He is, however, reluctant to ask anyone for help when he needs it as he views doing so as a sign of weakness. He also speaks Maori fluently, and occasionally Maori words will slip into his sentences when speaking English. Will also dislikes arguments unless there’s a very good reason for it, and tries to defuse tense situations with humour. He’s also quite competitive especially when it comes to sport, and always tries his best.
He does have a temper but most of the time you won't see it unless he's being wound up by his brother (usually his brother is just doing it to get a reaction out of him, not to genuinely anger or upset Will). He manages to keep control of his temper around other people unless they fire him up over something he feels is important to him. If this is during an argument and he doesn't realise he's overstepped the mark it can get him into trouble. He can be quite stubborn too which doesn't always help.
His freedom and independence is very important to him, and he'll fight for what's his when he has to. And because he grew up a little faster than he possibly should due to his country's history of civil war; he has his moments of being a little too serious for his own good.
He's also quite self-confident, and believes in himself and his abilities. He doesn't usually doubt himself, and it's not easy to make him do so. He'll also stand up for himself and what he believes in even if whoever he's standing against is one of his allies. That said, he's very loyal to the people he cares about, and can still be counted on by them even if he's had a falling-out with them in the past.

Lesser known facts ---
• There is a small carved wooden kangaroo that has pride of place on his dresser and will never be thrown out.

• Watching American Football is a guilty pleasure of his, but he'd never ever admit to watching/liking it.
• If Will's feeling stressed out and there's a decent-sized body of water nearby with fish in it he'll be fishing. It helps him relax.
• The curls on his head do not summon sheep armies, but it would be awesome if they could.
Goals ---
• To retain his country's national and cultural identity.
• To stop Australia stealing his stuff once and for all.
• To get to a point where most people are aware New Zealand isn't part of Australia so he doesn't have to explain it anymore.

Roleplay example ---
November 4, 2010
“Are you ready?” Will hesitated for a moment before answering his Prime Minister John Key’s question. Was he ready to spend a day with America? After a quarter of a century of them not getting along he was a little nervous about it, but he was sure everything would go fine.
“Definitely!” Will said. He and the Prime Minister were waiting for America and his Secretary of State (Hillary Clinton) to arrive, and what felt like a hell of a lot of questions was running through his mind: Could they really put the last 25 years behind them? Had either of them changed much since then? Were he and America still bros? The last question worried him most, and he noticed the Prime Minister frowning at him. He must’ve picked up on Will’s hesitation.
“It’s okay to feel nervous.” The Prime Minister said. “I know that it’s been a long time since you spent time with America socially, but this will really help both Mrs. Clinton and I.”
Will nodded. He knew America didn’t always have the patience for long meetings, and sometimes neither did him so he was glad when the Prime Minister said they would be allowed to go out for the day. Ordinarily he would’ve questioned his motives, but he was looking forward to this too much to care. He had missed being able to spend time with America without boss-induced tension.
He had initially tried to plan the day a little: maybe go to the zoo, Te Papa, laser tag maybe, or just wander around in town and see what they could find; but in the end he decided that the last idea was the best. He might suggest the other three ideas if they walked past them, but other than that it’d just be seeing where their legs take them.
“Will?” The Prime Minister waved a hand in front of his face. “Are you listening to me?”
“Y-yes John?” Will said. He hadn’t realised the Prime Minister was still talking.
“Then what did I just say?” He said.
“Something about lunch?” Will said, and the Prime Minister laughed.
“I can see your mind is elsewhere today.” He said. “I just received a call saying that they’ll be here in a few minutes so we’d better go down to meet them.”
Will followed the Prime Minister downstairs to the foyer where they’d be meeting America and the Secretary of State. He watched as various people entered the building who were possibly Mrs. Clinton’s staff, and eventually Hillary herself and America entered the foyer. Will walked straight over to America, and the security staff initially tried to stop him until America waved them away.
“Hey Al!” Will said. “How're you doing?”
